Attaching a Customer Channel
You can attach a customer to a channel. Once attached, all services and SIP Connections deployed under the customer are deployed under the channel.

1. In the Customers page, select the check box adjacent to the customer that you wish to attach to a channel. -

2. From the Channel drop-down list, select the channel to attach to the customer and then click OK.
